For Computer
Alright, you’re using YouTube and want to delete a few subscriptions? Follow the steps below and you’ll be done in no time:
1. Click on “Subscriptions” in the upper-left corner

Open YouTube on your browser and look in the top-left corner. You should see several options, including “Home“, “Explore“, “Shorts“, and plenty others.
Select “Subscriptions” to open your list of YouTube subscriptions, and then follow the next steps!
2. Select “Manage” in the top-right corner

Once you’ve selected “Subscriptions” in the previous step, you’ll be taken to a page where you will see the newest uploads from your subscribed channels. Ignore them for now, they can’t hurt you!
Look in the top-right corner for the “Manage” button and click on it. This will take you to another page where you can customize your subscriptions.
3. Click on “Subscribed” next to a subscription

After selecting “Manage” in the previous step, you’ll see your Subscriptions page, a list of all the channels you’re currently subscribed to.
To unsubscribe from or delete a subscription, click on the “Subscribed” button next to a subscribed channel.
Do this for any subscription you want to delete from your YouTube account. This will cancel your subscription to that channel, so you won’t receive any updates about new videos from those channels.
Happy now? You’re welcome!
For Mobile
If you’re on a mobile phone, here’s how you can cancel or delete your subscriptions on YouTube:
1. Select “Subscriptions” at the bottom of the page

Once you’ve opened YouTube on your phone, look for the “Subscriptions” button in the bottom-right corner and give it a rub. Yeah, like a genie’s lamp.
2. Select “All” in the top-right corner

Once you select “Subscriptions“, you’ll be taken to this page (check screenshot above), where you can see the latest uploads from your subscribed channels. Just like before, don’t be afraid of them!
Look in the top-right corner for the “All” button and tap on it. This will redirect you to your “Channel list“, where you’ll see all your subscriptions on YouTube.
3. Select “Manage” in the top-right corner

In the top-right corner of the “Channel list” page, you’ll see the “Manage” button. Guess what this one does?
Tap on it to go to a page where you can customize your subscriptions. Duh!
4. Hold-Tap on a subscription and select “Unsubscribe“

This is your still your “Channel List“. But now, you have more control over it. To delete a subscription, all you have to do is hold your finger on a subscription.
This will open up a menu where you can see the “Unsubscribe” button. Give it a touch to delete or unsubscribe from that channel.
That’s it, really! You’ve now learned how to unsubscribe from YouTube channels on a mobile and computer!
Conclusion
In short, you can unsubscribe from or delete, if that’s how you want to put it, YouTube channels on both mobile and a computer by going to “Subscriptions” – “Manage” – Unsubscribe.
It’s more or less the same thing whether you’re on a mobile or computer. The YouTubers won’t know you’ve unsubscribed from their channels either.
They won’t receive a notification if you do that.
