On the left side of the screen, you’ll see multiple options like Safety, Privacy, Using Snapchat, etc.

You need to click on the first one – Contact Us.

There are several options you can choose from.

You’ll need to select “I lost my Snapstreak” from the list.

You’ll need to include your Snapchat username, email address, mobile number, and device.

Moreover, you’ll also need to include your friend’s username, the date when you started having this issue, and your Snapchat Streak.

Try to be specific with your Snapstreak or mention this in the “What information should we know” field if you need to approximate.

Select “No” when asked about seeing the Hourglass symbol.
