TikTok’s Top 10 Earning Creators in 2023

TikTok’s role as a short video king in the social media industry is undisputed but did you ever wonder how much money the top TikTok creators are making?

This article will give you precise details on how many followers these creators have and how much they’re making per year, per post, or their estimated net worth.

I hope that, by the end of this article, you’ll understand just how powerful ad marketing truly is in a capitalist society.

Let’s start with number 1, shall we?

1. Charli D’Amelio

Number of Followers as of April 2023150.5 Million
Number of Likes as of April 202311.3 Billion
Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$17.5 Million

To say that Charli D’Amelio is a superstar on TikTok is putting it mildly. She’s the top-earning content creator of 2022 and 2023 (estimated). She was even included in Forbes twice in a row for being in the list of Top 7 Highest Paid TikTok Stars.

She was a guest on Jimmy Fallon’s The Tonight Show, acted as an opening act of the Jonas Brothers, was invited by Prada to cover the Paris Fashion Week, and appeared in a Super Bowl Commercial.

She has her own brand of influencer merch, Dunkin Donuts named a drink after her, and she’s earning more than the CEOs of Starbucks and Mcdonald’s.

Impressed yet? Well, Charli and her sister Dixie also have a mini-TV series on Hulu which just announced that it’ll receive a 2nd season. Talk about a regular person reaching the peak of success, right?

If it makes you feel a bit underwhelmed with yourself, it’s fine. You’re not alone 😀

Moving on!

2. Dixie D’Amelio

Number of Followers as of April 202357.2 Million
Number of Likes as of April 20233.3 Billion
Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$10 Million

The second spot on the list is taken by Charli’s older sister, Dixie D’Amelio. She’s often seen with Charli in cooperative videos where they promote each other’s channels and create content together.

Dixie has involved herself in the music industry and even released a single in 2020, which got a lot of attention and became the number-one trending video on YouTube.

She’s also the co-star of the Snapchat series “Charli vs. Dixie” and the Hulu reality-TV series “The D’Amelio Show”. While she earns much less than her younger sister, Dixie should bring home an estimated $10 million in 2023.

That’s about $833,333 per month. Glamorous!

3. Addison Rae

Number of Likes as of April 20235.8 Billion
Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$8.5 Million

If you haven’t heard of Addison Rae, then you’re not a true TikToker. She first appeared on the platform as a dancer and then proceeded to expand into brand merchandise and sponsored content.

Eventually, Addison because American Eagle’s main spokesperson and she created her own makeup line. Recently, she also got the lead role in Netflix’s “He’s All That”. This gave her a starting point for future deals with Netflix.

She’s estimated to make around $8.5 million in 2023, thanks to her many sponsorships and brand deals. To say that she’s successful is an understatement.

From TikToker to multimillionaire, quite a journey!

4. Bella Poarch

Bella Poarch is yet another TikTok star who’s filthy rich for doing things that people like. Things like lip-syncing, food reviews, saying deep (not really) stuff, and other…things.

For fairness’ sake, she has become a singer and was also a gamer and live streamer for a time. And after becoming renowned on TikTok, she took on several brand deals, appeared in commercials, and made the big bucks.

Even today, Bella is one of TikTok’s most popular and richest creators, with a massive audience at her beck and call.

5. Josh Richards

Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$5 Million

Josh Richards is TikTok’s resident bad boy, sweetheart, the way I hear it. He does random short videos that may or may not involve lip-syncing, dancing, singing, and other common stuff.

His popularity manifested through some sponsorships with Reebok and HouseParty, developing an influencer merch line, using YouTube for ad revenue, and more.

He also started an energy drink business, co-founded Talent X, which is a talent management company, and became the Chief Strategy Officer at Triller, a TikTok competitor.

And, oh yeah, apparently all the girls are enamored with him. His pink hair must have something to do with it, I bet.

6. Kris Collins

Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$4.75 Million

A former hairdresser, Kris Collins is one of TikTok’s richest stars, with a massive $4.75 million estimated earning in 2023. She has over 49 million followers on the platform and keeps getting more.

Her content is mainly focused on comedy sketches with her family members. The thing is, her comedic style is so beloved that even famous brands like Amazon and Pantene have become her sponsors.

It’s amazing how easily and quickly some people become filthy rich on TikTok when they have a vibrant and interesting personality.

If you can command attention and influence people, you have a recipe for success on TikTok. Emotional intelligence is the 21 century’s most prized possession.

7. Avani Gregg

Estimated Annual Earnings in 2023$4.75 Million

Avani Gregg the “Clown Girl” as she’s known across TikTok, is another famous, rich, and on-the-roll TikTok star who’s making multiple millions of dollars per year.

She’s been sponsored by NYX Cosmetics, has her own influencer merchandise line, and has even joined Hype House in 2019.

A true entrepreneur (non-ironically) who knew how to market her skills, Avani Gregg is a role-model worth following for those looking to make money from TikTok.

Moving on to number 8 on our list!

8. Riyaz Aly

Number of Followers as of April 202345.6 Million
Number of Likes as of April 20232.1 Billion
Estimated Net Worth in 2023$25 Million

The 19-year-old Indian TikToker Riyaz Aly is a fashion blogger, comedian, and content creator on Instagram and TikTok. Just like everyone else, he posts random stuff that gathers millions of views.

He’s the richest TikTok star in India and also number 9 on this list of richest TikTok stars in the world. With an estimated net worth of over $2 million in 2023, this little guy is definitely worth checking out for aspiring TikTokers.

His duets are especially popular on TikTok and are a large part of the reason why he became popular on the platform.

Up next, number 9!

9. Nisha Guragain

Number of Followers as of April 202328.2 Million
Number of Likes as of April 2023757.9 Million
Estimated Earnings per Post 2023$25,000

Another Indian TikToker, Nisha Guragain is a very popular content creator who has appeared in various music videos throughout the years.

It is estimated that she makes around $25,000 for every affiliate post she makes on TikTok, which is not too shabby at all. Not shabby at all 😀

She’s also known for her fashion, lip-sync, and singing videos on TikTok. There’s nothing else to be said, so onward to number 10 on our list!

10. Arishfa Khan

Number of Followers as of April 202328.7 Million
Number of Likes as of April 20231.1 Billion
Estimated Earnings per Post 2023$24,000

Arishfa Khan is the only actor on our list, as well as a social media influencer and the tenth richest TikToker in the world. She started out by posting fashion, lip-syncing, and dancing videos.

And over time, she kept expanding into these niches because they garner the most attention and social clout. What else is there to be said?

She’s said to earn around $24,000 per TikTok post in 2023, but I don’t know how many posts she publishes per month.

Now, as a conclusion, I’ll simply say that this list shouldn’t come as a surprise. We all know how important affiliate marketing is these days. And there’s one thing that affiliate marketing thrives upon – social clout.

The more social clout a person has, the more successful they’ll be at affiliate marketing. You might be tempted to say that most (if not all) of these TikTokers aren’t doing anything worthwhile or posting about anything relevant.

But the thing is – they don’t have to, and they shouldn’t. Because the “worthwhile and relevant” content doesn’t get as much attention as the “worthless and trivial“. TikTok users want to see lip-syncing, dancing, and singing videos.

So, those types of content are going to make you popular on the platform. Once you become popular and amass a crazy-large following, you can get into affiliate marketing and make millions of dollars per year.

Simple, right?
